POSTAL SUBMISSION OF IMAGES FOR KIDS101-ART GALLERY

We have created this method of getting images onto the site so that if time or technology are against you, we can still get the images online for you.
All you need to do is open the form using the link below, fill in as much as you can - as long as you provide contact details we will contact you at a time of your choosing to discuss it.
Ensure the form is signed, then post the form with your CD to the address on the form.
We advise that you keep copies of any images and CD`s you send through the post. If you do require your original CD to be returned to you there is a tick box on the form to tell us.
All CD`s are returned by standard post - we do make backup copies before returning any CD`s, so if you don`t receive your CD in the post just let us know and we will create and post you a copy.
